3v3 Press Break Drill

Offense has 3 players - 1 Inbounder, 2 Guards.

Defense has 3 players - Man to Man.

2 guards cross at foul line and cut hard to receive Inbound pass.

Guard must either immediately turn up court and/or pass back to Inbounder

Inbounder must have hands up and ready to receive the pass.

Opposite Guard must move quickly downcourt to receive Fast Break pass from Inbounder.

Offense must get ball across half court 3 times before switching to sides.
