4 v 3 Inbounding Drill

Offense has 3 players - 1 Inbounder, 2 Guards.

Defense lines up in 1-3 and must prevent the offense from getting past half court. If Offense get past half court 3 times Defense does 2 down - n -backs and then switch.

Look for correct trap from the 1 Chase Defender and the sideline mid cout Defender. Look for middle mid court defender to position to intercept, and opposite sideline mid court defender to support.
